Groups are 3 or more people meeting regularly to grow in relationship with Jesus and with one another.
Growth
Bible study, prayer, encouragement, and spiritual disciplines will help members grow as followers of Jesus as well as develop closer bonds with one another.
Others
Groups will actively seek to invite. Connections will be made through friends and existing relationships, in and outside South Plains.
Joy
Groups will make space within their life together to celebrate the goodness of God through praise, worship, celebration of life events, and consistently telling the story of God's working among group members.
The Ideal
Ideally every group incorporates all three of these purposes, so that the group functions at the center of these ideals.

- Develop relationships with others
- Find a group of people willing to walk beside you as you grow in your faith … to be the reason you grow in your faith
- Join others in serving and ministering not only to each other, but to those outside of your group, as well
- Celebrate victories, share the burden of sorrows, and provide a community in which to encourage each other
